It is true not everyone is very patriotic these days. Within my peers I often see a lot of disdain for all things American; the religions, the government, the people, and the culture. These days, the Fourth signifies not only a day to remember the plight of our forefathers but also to renew some gratitude towards a country that otherwise receives the harshest of criticism.
For me, the Fourth of July is also just a great time to relax with friends and families and to appreciate traditions.
There really isn’t much else to say about this day, everyone knows what it consists of; hot dogs, children laughing, good music, loved ones, and fireworks.
As the saying goes “a picture is worth a thousand words” so without shoving meaningless rambling in here, I’ll let the photo’s do the speaking.
I hope everyone else had a beautiful and memorable holiday!
